Required Skills
Must be an expert in Java,
Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Rest, MVC, JPA, and JDBC.
Python
NoSQL: MongoDB, Radies, Elastic Search
SQL: Postgresql or any one RDBMS.
Build: Maven, Gradle(optional)
Good in Linux
Preparing HLD, LLD, Solution Docs,
Bootstrap for wireframes design
Technical writing and communication skills.
Official mail writing skills.
Drawing UML diagrams.
Very strong in self Learn and Work principle.
Self-motivated and right attitude.
Better to have
GoLang, Scala,
Angular, React and NodeJS
Android
Bootstrap
Helping other team members.
Should be able to identify and self-judge the quality of coding and documentation and other tasks.
Fight for problems and resolve them independently.
Able to use stackoverflow.com.
Interview Process:
Introduction discussion. And basic technical evaluation.
Coding exercise, need to implement flow for a simple use case. It never is logically challenging. (Ex: Implements CRUD operations for an Account using Spring Rest and JPA.)
Technical Writing: Need to write technical HLD or LLD of the Use case you implemented. Or Technical paper on your favorite technology.
Nature of Work
Remote and Offline both ways.
Timings 10AM to 6PM.
Salary
20000 per month for full-time.
3 months observation period. Based on performance and commitment after 3 months your salary becomes 30000/month.
